Company
A company built to own and run software products.
Primanza LLC is an early-stage software product company. It is building a portfolio of independent products, and this page sets out what that means, where the company stands now, and how it intends to grow.
What Primanza is
Primanza is a product company. It chooses a specific operational problem, builds the software that solves it, owns the result, and runs it as a business of its own. The company is the owner and the operator — not a contractor, not an investor in someone else's product.
Each product is expected to stand on its own: its own name, its own customers, its own pricing, its own economics. Primanza supplies what a small software business normally cannot afford to build twice — engineering and security standards, legal and commercial infrastructure, and the capital and patience to keep a product running long after launch.
Why the company exists
Most operational software is bought reluctantly. Teams end up with a general-purpose tool bent into a shape it was not made for, or with a spreadsheet that one person maintains and nobody else understands. The work is specific; the software is not.
Primanza exists to build the specific version. That only works if each product is free to serve its own market — which is why the company is structured as a portfolio of independent products rather than as one platform accumulating modules.
Current stage
Primanza LLC is organised, capitalised and building. What exists today is the entity, the operating model, the standard each product is built to, and the capacity to build — and no product is in public use yet.
The company does not describe a portfolio it does not have. A product is published on this site once it is running in production on its own domain, under its own terms, with its own support channel; on that day the portfolio becomes something a visitor can inspect rather than something described.
The record
Dated entries only, and only things that happened. The list grows when there is something to add to it.
Primanza LLC organised
Certificate of Organization issued by the Wyoming Secretary of State. Member-managed, single member; filing number 2026-002018263.
Corporate record published
primanza.com opens with the company's legal notice, privacy policy, terms, security policy and vulnerability disclosure terms in force.
Product registry opened, empty
The registry is published and holds no entries. A product is listed the day it runs in production on its own domain.
Product philosophy
Narrow, then deep
A product serves one job completely before it serves a second one partially. Scope is the first thing defended.
Priced to the value, sold without friction
The buyer is the person with the problem. Pricing follows what the product is worth to them, and the product can be evaluated without a sales process.
Finished software
A release is done when it is tested, documented, supportable and safe to leave running. Products are maintained on a schedule, not only when something breaks.
The portfolio thesis
A portfolio of separate products behaves differently from a single platform. Each product finds its own market and its own price without the others constraining it. A product that works can be invested in on its own merits; one that does not can be stopped without unpicking a shared system.
The economics improve with each addition, because the expensive parts — standards, infrastructure, legal and commercial groundwork — are paid for once. What does not change is the separation: no product becomes dependent on another to make that arithmetic work.
Ownership and accountability
Primanza LLC is member-managed with a single member, who is accountable for every decision the company makes. Products are owned outright by the company; there are no external product owners, and no part of the portfolio is operated by a third party.
The company publishes named channels for company, legal and security matters, and it answers to the terms it publishes. Statutory identification — filing number, registered agent and address of record — is set out in full in the legal notice.
What Primanza is looking for
- Customers
- Businesses with a specific operational problem worth solving properly. Early conversations shape what gets built — and a product built with its first users is worth more than one designed for a market in the abstract.
- Partners
- Distribution, integration and commercial partners with reach into a market where a focused product would land. Primanza is interested in arrangements that survive past a launch announcement.
- Investors
- Capital that understands a portfolio model: independent products, separate risk, compounding infrastructure and a return that does not depend on any single application. The company is at the stage where that conversation is about thesis and structure, not metrics.
