Thesis
The kind of software Primanza builds.
Primanza looks for operational work that businesses already do badly — in spreadsheets, in email threads, in tools built for something else. Work that recurs, that is specific to an industry, and that costs real money when it goes wrong.

- Quoting, scheduling, compliance records, client onboarding — a task with a name, a frequency and a cost. Broad platforms lose to focused software here, because the value is in knowing exactly how one job is done.
- One buyer who feels the problem
- A product qualifies when the person with the problem can also authorise the spend. That keeps the sales motion short, ties price to the value delivered rather than to headcount, and means a product can reach its market without a field organisation.
That is the repeatable part. The product changes; the way it is chosen, built and held does not.
